Looks like I've got a little hero on my hands. This morning while B's mom and B were getting ready for the day, they spotted a spider on the wall above the closet door. Being short, B's mom went to get a stool to stand on to swat the unwanted intruder away. Of course being short, even with the stool, she missed and didn't smoosh the spider. B was fascinated by this process, as he is fascinated with anything and everything we do. After a quick search, no spider was found. B's mom took the stool to go put it away and her B saying "Spider!" followed by a bumping noise. She got back to the bedroom to find B pointing at a spider crawling on the floor and trying to stomp on it with his bare feet. He was very proud of himself. His reward for saving mommy from the nasty spider was a little Just Dance on the Wii before he was off to daycare. It's good to know that we'll have another spider smasher in the house if I'm not there.
Honestly I was amazed that B's mom even attempted to kill the spider at all... ;-P
